What changed
Before
The PERCUP team manually created shipping labels for every Fresh from Roastery order. This introduced risk of human error, tracking mistakes, and manual assignment errors causing delays and incorrect shipments.
After
Brands generate their own labels instantly from the Orders page. The system automatically selects the best shipping partner based on your location, handles consolidation routing, and schedules pickup the moment you print.
Direct from Roastery brands only. This feature is available exclusively to brands who ship inventory directly from their own facility. It does not apply to brands who store their inventory at a PERCUP warehouse.
How it works

Order confirmed Generate Label button appears
Once PERCUP confirms your order, a Generate Label button appears in the Action column of your Orders page. Orders that already have a label show a Shipping Details button instead.

System auto-selects carrier and routing
Click Generate Label a modal opens showing the auto-selected shipping carrier based on your location. The system also determines automatically whether the order needs to consolidate via a PERCUP hub or can ship directly to the end customer.

Enter box weight sizes are pre-filled
Select your box type from pre-defined PERCUP box sizes dimensions auto-populate so you don't have to measure. Just enter the weight. For large orders, click + Add another box to pack across multiple packages.

Generate, preview and print
Click Generate Label. A label preview appears with your AWB number. Review it, then hit Print Label or Download PDF. Stick the label on the box pickup is scheduled automatically the moment you print.

Re-print anytime via Shipping Details
Need to reprint? Click Shipping Details on any order that already has a label. Your label PDF is stored for 15 days. After that, the AWB and tracking information remain but the PDF is removed.
Pickup timing: Once you print the label, a pickup is scheduled automatically. The carrier may arrive at your facility anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours please ensure the package is ready and labelled before printing.
