Auto-Sync Shopify only
PERCUP automatically mirrors your Shopify product status. Any change on your end reflects instantly — no manual update needed.
Active
Product is live on PERCUP with dedicated stock. Use this to manage availability independently from your supplier.
Draft
Saved but not visible to customers. Use when you're not ready to publish or want to temporarily hide a product.
Unlisted
Removed from the PERCUP storefront. Customers can't find or buy it, but it stays in your inventory for reference.
What changed
Before
Changing a product's status on PERCUP required contacting your account manager manually. There was no self-serve option and no way to sync status automatically from your store.
After
You can now update any product's status instantly from the Inventory page. Shopify brands using the PERCUP app can enable Auto-Sync to have status changes reflect automatically with zero manual work.
How to use it
Manage your product status now
Head to Inventory in your brand panel to update product status, or enable Auto-Sync if you're on the PERCUP Shopify app.
